TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE Last updated: 07/04/2026 These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "T&Cs") govern all sales made by VITESSE ECO SAS through its website www.vitesse-eco.com. PURPOSE These T&Cs define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales of electric fatbikes and accessories offered by VITESSE ECO SAS. Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs. 2. PRICES All prices displayed on the site are in euros (EUR), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), including applicable French VAT. VITESSE ECO SAS reserves the right to modify prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order validation. Delivery costs, where applicable, are indicated before final order validation. 3. ORDERS AND CONFIRMATION An order is placed through the following steps: product selection, cart review, delivery information, delivery method, payment method, order summary, and validation. A confirmation email is sent automatically after payment validation. VITESSE ECO SAS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of prior dispute, suspected fraud or non-payment. 4. PAYMENT METHODS The following payment methods are accepted: • Credit/debit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (via Stripe, PCI DSS Level 1 certified) • PayPal: secure payment via your PayPal account • In-store payment: upon collection at our Poitiers location • Bank transfer: upon request, bank details will be provided by email Payment is due immediately at the time of order (except bank transfer: 5 business days). 5. DELIVERY 5.1 Standard delivery in metropolitan France • Free for all orders • Delivery time: 5 to 10 business days • Delivery to the address provided by the customer 5.2 Express delivery in metropolitan France • Delivery fees shown at checkout • Delivery time: 2 to 4 business days • With tracking and insurance 5.3 International delivery • Available for select European countries • Delivery fees calculated at checkout • Delivery time: 7 to 21 business days depending on destination • Customs duties and local taxes are the customer's responsibility 5.4 Receipt The customer must check the condition of the parcel upon receipt. In case of visible damage, the customer must note reservations with the carrier and contact us within 48 hours at contact@vitesse-eco.fr with photos. 6. STORE PICKUP (CLICK & COLLECT) Store pickup is available at our Poitiers location: • Address: 32 Rue du Faubourg du Pont Neuf, 86000 Poitiers • Availability: 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation • On-site payment available (cash, card) • Notification email sent when ready • ID required for collection • Collection deadline: 14 days after notification 7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 calendar days from product receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal. Return conditions: • Product must be returned in original packaging, complete, unused and in perfect condition • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer • Product must be returned within 14 days of withdrawal notification Refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the original payment method. Exclusions: customised or made-to-order products. 8. WARRANTIES 8.1 Legal warranty of conformity VITESSE ECO SAS is bound to deliver goods conforming to the contract. The customer has 2 years from delivery to act under the warranty of conformity. Within this period, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. 8.2 Hidden defects warranty The customer may exercise the hidden defects warranty within 2 years of discovering the defect. 8.3 Warranty procedure Contact us at contact@vitesse-eco.fr with your order number, description of the issue, photos and proof of purchase. 9. LIABILITY VITESSE ECO SAS shall not be liable for damages resulting from misuse, normal wear, unauthorised modifications, indirect damages or force majeure. Liability is limited to the order amount. 10. PERSONAL DATA VITESSE ECO SAS processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details. 11. DISPUTES AND MEDIATION These T&Cs are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the customer is invited to contact customer service at contact@vitesse-eco.fr first. The customer may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ Failing amicable resolution, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Poitiers, France.
